SJ Hardware started in Ontario, Canada, building shotgun parts for people who take performance seriously—on duty, on the range, and on their worst day. We’re the same crew, the same standards, and the same obsession with reliability—now with a U.S. base in Texas.

We are pro-firearms. Full stop. We believe responsible, law-abiding citizens should have access to durable, well-engineered tools. We support any country that recognizes and defends that right, and we build for the professionals, competitors, and prepared citizens who live it.

We picked Texas for a reason: it’s the heart of America’s firearms culture, central for logistics, close to the matches, training ranges, agencies, and partners we work with, and aligned with our values. It lets us serve U.S. customers faster while keeping our Canadian engineering DNA intact.


How We Build


Every part we release has been designed, broken, improved, and re-tested until it earns a place on your gun.

  • Design & Test: CAD simulations, live-fire cycles, pressure and destructive testing, and field use in heat, cold, mud, and rain.

  • Precision Manufacturing: CNC machining, laser work, and additive where it makes sense—tight tolerances, repeatable fit.

  • Proven in the Real World: Feedback loops with working cops, competitive shooters, armorers, and instructors.

Built in North America


Austin Texas is home base for distribution, support, and growth. We manufacture in Ontario Canada (and soon the USA) with North American materials and partners. Our hashtag #nochinesium isn't just a jab at offshoring. We DO NOT USE materials, labour, design or marketing from outside the USA and Canada.  Even our shipping materials and printing are sourced from Canada and the USA.
