Deliveries take on average 3 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used and distance from the Austin warehouse. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 15 business days of expected arrival date, AND was shipped via a tracked service, SJ Hardware will refund the customers money and pursue insurance claims with the carrier.
RETURNS
Products can be returned due to defect up to 90 days after being received. Products returned for any other reason up to 15 days after purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
