    I flet compelled to leave a review not only of the product but also of the excellent customer service that was provided by S&J's General Manager Mr. Steip. The issue I experienced was related to a relatively minor payment issue that was in my favor the whole time, but just to clarify the transaction, I reached out to their customer service number and was contacted promptly and my questions and concerns were addressed. As far as the product, everything seems solid. I purchased the mag tube clamp w/ rail, as well as the full 870 bayonet lug. The only thing I'd say is I would have preferred a mag clamp without a rail section, but I think I'll look for some nuts to replace it with. The 870 bayonet lug seems pretty solid and I'm happy with it. It took all of 5 min to install and once I had the lug and mag clamp installed, I afixed both an Ontario M9 and one of my M7's (think it was a MilPar) and both fit nice and secure. I've got large pine log out by the barn and with the M9 afixed, I gave the log a few good thrusts to give the lug a final seating and tightening. Everything worked as it should and stayed secured. If anyone is wanting to utilize a bayonet on their 870, I'd snag one of these mounts along with their mag clamp for added integrity in lieu of hoping to find one of those USGI Mk I adapters; Not only is S&J's lug solid, it's also 1/8th of the price of an original Mk I.
