Tame the powerful recoil of your 7.62/.308 rifle with the Standard Linear Compensator. Built to push blast away from the shooter, this compensator improves shooting comfort and control, making it ideal for AR-10s, battle rifles, and tactical builds. Easy to install and designed for durability.
Linear compensator is designed to direct the gas on a forward direction, away from the shooter. Its architecture has been improved from the classic layout of the linear compensator.
As a result, the six side holes are no longer parallel with the bullet hole, but at a slight angle for a swirl effect. Also, the front end of the compensator is optimized to increase the effect of bullet stabilizing.
- The outside diameter is .920" at the rear there are 2 flats for wrench for easy installation.
- All Standard Linear Compensators are 2" long.
- Precision machined 4140 HTSR steel.
- Nitride treated and finished in black cerakote.
- 5/8x24 threaded.
- Comes with crush washer.
- The 2 series has channels to add surface area, aiding heat dissipation.
